The MoogWorld Mapping Database is a collection of databases dedicated to the tracking and mapping of Moog instrument life
cycles. Each type of instrument produced by Moog Music has a serial number. Since each serial number is unique, we can use
that number to track the past and present locations of the items. Each serial number receives a graphical
timeline showing when and where each Moog instrument was owned and operated, as well as an optional summary describing details and conditions of each one.
This database relies on MoogWorld member support. If you are a member and have ever owned a Moog instrument name in the list below, please submit your historical record. Or if you know someone that does or did own a Moog, please let them know about this project. Only members of MoogWorld can submit historical records, so please join now to participate. If you currently run a web site that follows serial number history, please send e-mail so we can collaborate.
Click on a Moog instrument below to view the database of tracking records.
Each instrument type has an example record, serial #00000, and can be used to see how the mapping project
works and functions.

In an effort to make tracking serial numbers easier, please print out the PDF below and include it with
your Moog instrument documentation. This will let any future owners know about where they can submit
their serial number tracking information.
